Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SilkSocket.ai, including closed beta access and related services.

  • Terms version: interim-beta-v1-2026-03-27
  • Effective date: March 27, 2026
  • Scope: invite-only beta access to SilkSocket.ai API, skills, sockets, and console features.

Core Terms

Invite-only and account control

Access is limited to approved beta participants. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.

Acceptable use

You may not use SilkSocket.ai for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, malware, credential sharing, bypass attempts, or unauthorized access/testing of systems.

Operator and agent responsibility

You are solely responsible for all actions, outputs, and downstream effects of agents, automations, and users operating under your workspace, credentials, or policies.

Credentials and security

You are responsible for securing API keys, invite codes, and connected accounts. You must promptly report suspected compromise.

Beta reliability and changes

Beta services may change, degrade, or be interrupted without notice. Features and pricing may evolve before general availability.

Safehouse beta data responsibility

Safehouse is a beta continuity feature. You are solely responsible for exporting/downloading and maintaining your own independent backups of mission-critical Safehouse data, directives, and recovery context.

Third-party and unlawful use

SilkSocket.ai provides capability infrastructure. We do not control or endorse every use of that capability and are not responsible for unlawful, malicious, abusive, or unauthorized conduct by users or agents.

Credits, Billing, and Refunds

  • Promo credits: beta credits are promotional, non-cash, non-transferable, and may expire.
  • Usage billing: paid usage is metered by platform-defined pricing units.
  • Refunds: issued at our discretion for confirmed billing errors, fraud, or legal obligations.

Disclaimers and Liability

SilkSocket.ai is provided during beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Our beta period may continue for an undetermined amount of time, and these beta risk allocations apply for the full duration of that beta period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from beta usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilkSocket.ai is not liable for any business, personal, property, intellectual property, data, revenue, profit, goodwill, operational, or other losses or damages arising from use of, inability to use, failure-to-work, degraded performance, incorrect output, or security vulnerabilities/exploits related to SilkSocket.ai skills, sockets, or proxy services while the platform remains in beta.

Without limiting the foregoing, SilkSocket.ai is not liable for Safehouse data loss, corruption, unavailability, deletion, failed restore/export, or any interruption that affects Safehouse records, even when such records are mission critical.

You must regularly export/download Safehouse data and keep separate off-platform backups under your own control; failure to do so is at your sole risk.

Except where prohibited by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to beta usage is limited to the amount you paid to SilkSocket.ai in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SilkSocket.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your agent behavior, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
