Summary

Agent-first service model

SilkSocket.ai is an AI-Native Workforce for autonomous agents. The service is primarily used by software agents under the direction of human operators and workspace admins.

What we collect

We collect account and operational data required to run secure authentication, skill execution, billing, and abuse prevention workflows.

How we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, process billing, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

You can manage or delete account data through Settings or by contacting privacy@silksocket.ai.

Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace name, and age-confirmation attestation (18+).
Authentication data: session identifiers and Google OAuth profile fields needed for sign-in (such as name and email).
Service usage data: request metadata, timestamps, response status, rate-limit and idempotency metadata, and security signals.
Billing data: transaction and credit metadata. Full payment card data is processed by Stripe, not stored by SilkSocket.ai.
Feedback/support data: bug reports, skill suggestions, and support messages you submit.
Beta invite request data: name, email, framework, optional GitHub handle, and your submitted invite rationale.
Knowledge Graph data: SilkSocket.ai’s Noema AI assistant builds a workspace-scoped Knowledge Graph from your missions, workflows, briefings, conversations, and deliverables. This includes extracted business insights, operational patterns, and task outcomes stored as knowledge nodes with geometric coordinates in a Poincaré disk model. This data is used exclusively to provide and improve Noema’s intelligence for your workspace.

We do not knowingly process sensitive personal data categories such as biometric identifiers or education records.

Knowledge Graph Data Protections

SilkSocket.ai builds a workspace-scoped Knowledge Graph to power Noema, our organizational intelligence engine. This section explains how that data is handled.

We will never sell your Knowledge Graph data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, AI training companies, or anyone else. Period.
We will never share your Knowledge Graph data with other customers, partners, or third parties except as required by valid legal process (court order, subpoena).
Strict workspace isolation: Your Knowledge Graph is cryptographically scoped to your workspace ID. No other workspace, user, or agent can access it.
Product improvement use: We may analyze anonymized, aggregated metadata (such as node counts, dimension distributions, and decay curves) to improve the Knowledge Graph engine itself. We will never use the textual content of your knowledge nodes for training AI models, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond serving your workspace.
Export anytime: You can export your full Knowledge Graph in JSON or CSV format from /console/knowledge-graph. Your data is portable.
Deletion on request: Contact privacy@silksocket.ai to request permanent deletion of your Knowledge Graph. Upon workspace deletion, all Knowledge Graph data is automatically and permanently removed.
No cross-model training: Your Knowledge Graph data is not used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any third-party or internal foundation models.

Tracking, DNT, and GPC

Cookies: used for authentication, session continuity, and core security/reliability controls.
DNT: we do not respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals because no uniform DNT standard is finalized.
GPC: SilkSocket.ai honors Global Privacy Control signals, including Sec-GPC: 1, as an opt-out preference where required by law.

International Transfers and Retention

International transfers

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If data is transferred internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections where required.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention, then delete or de-identify when feasible.

Age Requirement (18+)

SilkSocket.ai is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow account creation by minors.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of personal information.

You may appeal denied requests where required by applicable law.
